"The hotel didnât live up to my expectations. The check in was way too slow. Guests were waiting but the reception continued in a really really slow pace. How hard can it be to take a copy of a passport, get the payment and leave a receipt and a key? As a Hotels.com Silver member I was supposed to get a bottle of wine. I forgot to remind them but none showed up. The AC didnât work or they shut it off during every nights. If I pay for a room with AC, I expect to get that. The wifi also failed several times."
