“We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints!

“The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Although hotel is not far from train station, we were offered to and from complementary shuttle. The shuttle drivers were very nice. The basement room we stayed in was very spacious with a huge washroom and a kitchenette. House keeping was very tidy. The pool and hot tub was refreshing after a long day of hiking. Breakfast had a good variety. We really enjoyed the menu and service at onsite DUDE pub. Highly recommend and will definitely come back...

“Hotel Bahnhof exceeded my expectations from the moment i stepped out of the Zermatt station - it was just across the street and so central that you were right on the shopping street and the goats passed it in the morn and afternoon on their trek to the mountains.

“We were staying at SCHLOSS Zermatt for four nights and absolutely loved it! The family suite is nice, clean, and spacious; breakfast is delicious; and the location is so convenient, just a few steps away from the Zermatt train station, the Gornergrat railway station, and the main station. Zermatt is a lovely place to visit, and SCHLOSS surely add another reason for us to come back and visit again in the future. We will definitely stay here again and would love to recommend it to our friends.”
