Sorry you didn't like the mattress topper, we've had plenty of guests who have. All our beds have mattress protectors that are laundered regularly so there is no issue with hygiene.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes we are in a quiet part of town. There is a heater in each room. Our motels have lovely new heat pumps in them. Our cabins are priced in the äffordable range" and do not include bed linen. This is stated on confirmation emails, the listing and photos do not include any blankets or towels.
