This is a much-loved family bach, enjoyed by our family for many years. It is comfortable, welcoming, and full of character rather than perfection. You’ll find non-matching, rustic furniture and well-used kitchen items, adding to the relaxed, lived-in charm that makes this a true Kiwi beach getaway.

The home features two queen bedrooms with a cosy living space between them, complete with a sofa bed—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. This space also includes a large smart TV, which guests can hotspot to their own devices to access Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV and other streaming services—perfect for settling in with a movie in the evening.

Wooden floors run throughout the house, adding warmth and practicality. The home also includes two toilets, providing added convenience for families and groups. The bathroom includes a luxurious jetted bathtub, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.

For year-round comfort, there are heaters on both living levels for winter stays, along with a large fireplace on the top floor. From here, enjoy panoramic sea views that make this home a true coastal sanctuary.

Outside, the property is fully fenced and pet-friendly, making it ideal for families travelling with dogs. The outdoor garden area provides a peaceful spot to relax under an umbrella and enjoy the coastal surroundings. In the garage, guests are welcome to make use of the table tennis table—great for some friendly competition after the beach.
