Just right!

The property was lovely and well-appointed. The owner was responsive, communicative, and helpful. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the view of the pond and sunset was relaxing. Will definitely plan to stay again!

Great Condo/Great Location

Beautiful, clean condo with everything you need. Fully stocked and even beach chairs. Walking distance to restaurants, (coffee) grocery store, drugstore and playground. Lovely screen porch with view of pond. Nice community pool for little ones. Tom & Kristen are very helpful and respond quickly.

Great beach week!

We had a great stay here! We had some questions at check in and the hosts were super helpful. We settled in quickly and felt right at home. We had everything we needed and the location was great. My husband and I like to take walks and we were in a residential neighborhood and also enjoyed the quick walk to the supermarket. We spent our time traveling to Henlopen state park, Rehoboth beach and Georgetown, and it was always easy to get around town.

The Best in Five Points!

We have been vacationing in Five Points since 2014, and this place is by far the best! A large space at a reasonable price. It has the latest in technology and is elegantly decorated without being too ornate. It feels like home right away. And my thanks to the owners for being very responsive to our every inquiry. We hope to rent here again!

Great family gathering

Clean, well organized , nicely decorated, kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, close to restaurants, nice view of duck pond from screened in balcony, appreciated beach chairs and sand toys for kids..comfortable beds and furniture .. only negative was the 3 flights of stairs.. no elevator..

Family friendly, comfortable condo

This spacious condo provided us with a comfortable resting place during our annual visit to Lewes. Villages of Five Points is perfectly placed near amenities and a short drive to the beach. North Village offers a quiet spot tucked away from the bustle of the area. The porch is serene overlooking the pond. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities that you need to cook. Our stay was relaxing and worry free.

Beautiful Condo/Gracious and Helpful Owners

This is a modern, clean, and classy condo home owned by very gracious, friendly and helpful Kristin and Tom. The condo is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, convenience stores and gas stations. It's a quick 8 minutes drive to the beach and Cape Henlopen Park, and only 5 minutes drive to the historic downtown Lewes. There's plenty of parking, a beautiful deck overlooking a pond and landscaped lawn. Thank you Kristin and Tom for your kindness!

Weekend stay

The condo was exactly like you see in the photos. All 3 bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet and drawer space. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again.
