Welcome to this beautifully maintained and recently updated 3-bedroom townhouse, ideally located just a short walk from the picturesque shores of Lewes Beach in Port Lewes. This spacious and inviting vacation rental is perfect for families or groups looking for a relaxing coastal retreat.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this townhouse is only a 5-minute stroll to the pristine sands of Lewes Beach. Enjoy leisurely walks along the shore, breathtaking sunsets, and easy access to water sports and fishing. The vibrant downtown area of Lewes, with its charming shops, restaurants, and marinas, is also just a short drive away.
This bright and airy townhouse offers ample space for up to 6 guests across 3 comfortable bedrooms (1 queen bed, 4 twin beds). The open floor plan on the main level features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a large flat-screen TV.
Relax and unwind on the back deck with outdoor seating, and a gas grill for al fresco dining. Take advantage of the beautiful Delaware weather as you enjoy meals or drinks under the sun or stars.
Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and keep up with your favorite shows on cable TV. This townhouse also includes central air conditioning, washer/dryer facilities, and two car parking for your convenience.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Perfect Vacation Home

This property was everything and more! It is perfectly situated on the bay and a very easy walking distance to the beach. The house was very clean and maintained well! We hope to be able to stay in this exact unit next year as we had such a phenomenal stay!!
