“Super clean room and excellent breakfast”

“Very nice hotel, the room was super. The breakfast was a little bit limited. But I would absolutely stay there again if I ever visited Great Falls again.”

“Checked in and were offered a small glass of beer or wine. Asked if we wanted to order breakfast for morning which was delivered to our room. Hotel was extremely clean. Staff super nice and friendly. We were given a room without a window. We will request a window room next time. Close enough to walk to various restaurants and drink establishments. They also will deliver cookies and milk to your room upon request.”

The A/C-Heater kept needing to be reset , Towels were stained and dirty , bed sheets were stained , bed was comfy but very small , not a queen . Bathroom /toilet was very gross and mould behind toilet on floor . breakfast was ok , pancakes were good . Certain staff at desk were not great , cleaners were nice . Parking...

“There was black mold/mildew in the shower. The water in the shower was not as hot as we like. Our room did not look like the picture. It was inexpensive. ”

“Had to wait for someone to show up at the desk to checkin. When going to our room the hallway reeked if pot. When going to use the pool there was a disgusting film layering the top of the water. There were bugs and dirt on the window sill. The beds looked like they have been rolled in beds made up in a hurry.”

“Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was A LOT of noise from the street which made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was a bit lacking in selection in comparison to other hotels we’ve been to. Food items were often not replenished and we had to ask for them.”
