“We appreciated that you park in a garage that was under the hotel, as it was raining when we arrived, so no carrying in our luggage in the rain. The guy at the front desk was helpful and directed us to a good restaurant for dinner. It was also close to the interpretive center we went to in the morning. It was clean and very affordable.”

“The staff had zero clue about anything. They struggled checking us in. We had asked about staying the next night as well. seemed like we were booked for that when we left the desk. The next morning the house keeper was banging on our door at a little Ayer 8 am. We told her we were supposed to be booked for another night.
