“My daughters and I stayed here over a competition weekend. Front desk staff was very nice, but not the most responsive. The bedding in our room seemed clean on appearance, but smelled of cigarette smoke. My daughter and her friends swam in the indoor pool and a day or so after we got home several of the girls ended up at the doctor with eye and ear infections. Hotel wasn’t up to what we would typically expect from a Courtyard”

“I was placed in a pretty nice suite. Unfortunately kids running the hallways until late. Outside not very well maintained. Not expecting a 5 star but they could do a better job. Price is very reasonable but I most likely won’t stay there again.”

“This hotel is fairly new, and seems very clean. Staff was nice, and property well maintained. HOWEVER, my primary reason to be at Woodspring was to sleep, and that was difficult . The noise from the highway was incredibly LOUD. It sounded like I was laying on the shoulder of I-70. There was also no blackout curtain, so when morning came, the sun lit the room up right through the blinds. The beds were comfortable, and I did get some decent sleep between about 1:00AM and 6:00AM when the traffic...

“I like the hotel but for the price that I paid the breakfast was terrible Frozen food and no cooked food Very disappointing for expensive hotel not to offer warm breakfast The next night we switched the hotel with holiday express because they offer good cooked breakfast”

“I was not able to stay at the facility. I prepaid for the night and told the the hotel that there would be no occupancy. I was told to call back and speak to manager . When I called back I was told to call the next morning (7am) to speak to a manager. He said that it was too late to refund due to calling the next day. I am still owed 110.00”

“Stayed at this hotel for the weekend. Very nice hotel. Check in was easy. Stayed in king size bed room, with couch sofa. It was nice, didn’t use the sofa, but the room size was good for 2 ppl. Maybe it would be alittle crowded with more. Their beds are really comfortable. And showers have great pressure. The toilet acted up on our second day, but smone came out and took care of it right away. The only con I’d give is for their buffet breakfast they offer 3 different kinds of bacon products. It...

“Good Breakfast (pancakes pre-made, waffles make yourself), eggs (hard boiled or scrambled), sausage, fried potatoes, cereals (3+ kinds), toast (3 kinds), bagels, fresh fruit, real plates and silverware (not plastic), coffee. The only thing that was not great were the artificial juices. Coffee 24hr, popcorn, and 3-drink "kickback" happy hour. Pool was clean, but chlorine smell was strong (when indoors). Staff was super nice, but having to send stuff to be printed to a staff email meant nothing...
