Need to have more trash cans around the hotel. The room service need to have more staff around when people take out the extra trash from the room stay longer in the outside making the place look unmantained

The room was clean and the bed comfy. Our only issue was with other guests. There was a truck parked directly outside our window, with its headlights on and music blaring for at least two hours - from 8-10pm. We called the front desk, but the music didn't stop until close to an hour after.

The air conditioning did not work. Rooms smelled of mold and mildew. Carpet was dirty. Pool bathrooms were nasty and hot tub was disgusting.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything was handled professionally. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. I would love to visit again!” Also they upgraded my room that was so nice of them. Highly recommended!!!!

Looks nothing like the photos. Whole building is under construction. Sections on outside are bare plywood. Side entrance was tapped up, smelled of wet paint and construction materials and tools left out in hallway. Rooms were dirty, bathroom door handle was falling off and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. Ended up leaving immediately and asked for a refund. Found a much nicer hotel to stay at for the night.

This was the worst 'hotel' experience we have ever had. This was the only place with vacancies since we were coming to watch a triathlon in nearby Augusta and everywhere else was filled. Just to double check our confirmation, I called on our way and the person at the desk was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. Upon arrival, the ONE suitcase cart available was totally broken, the upper metal rods fully lifting out of the base so that we ended up carrying our bags a long walk away to our disgusting room. The ancient rugs were dirty, some doors to rooms looked like the handles had been punched out and there were rooms that just had random junk in them. Our room smelled like it was just sprayed with a whole can of Glade. The sink is outside of the tiny bathroom which was dirty. The sheets are thin, polyester and we put our t-shirts over the pillows and wore hoodies and sweatpants in order to try to not touch anything. We were supposed to stay another night but there was NO WAY. Drove 7 hours home the next day. RUN AWAY

The hotel opened two days ago the hotel room door all you had to do was push on it to get past the lock. There really isn’t any hot water when you take a shower it gets a little warm and then back to freezing. There are no coffee makers in the rooms and they’re supposed to be non-smoking, but they have extra blankets with cigarette burns in them. lol we are swimming pool. Children had thrown rocks in there and the step out of the pool needs an extra ladder. It’s so high I don’t think an elderly person could get out of it or a child without help. The hot tub was clean and very warm in a few months when everything is re-remodeled this will probably be a comfortable place to stay. But keep in mind it was permanently closed as a Ramada.

There was a change of ownership the day before my stay, and i believe there were some reservation system issues. I reserved an ADA-compliant room and was issued a standard. The gentleman at the counter said my room number out loud. That might not seem like an issue, but as a solo female traveler, it creates a safety issue. My room had not been fully cleaned yet (no towels or garbage bag), as i passed the cleaner on the way in (at 7pm, i did not check in early). But it was presentable with clean linens. I'm sure if i had asked, they would have brought towels. In fact, i did have a knock on my door at about 8, but I had already boobytrapped my door for the night. Dinner from the hotel restaurant was excellent! Try the poutine and brussel sprouts! Overall, good value for the price. Please only point to the room number instead of saying it out loud.

This old conference center is falling apart! The huge sign out front was sealed in black plastic. The parking lot is in horrible condition, the landscape has been taken over by weeds and there is no maintenance of the overgrown shrubs. With 100s of rooms, we were assigned one on the very back of the property far from the office. The exterior doors had no locks, so anyone could enter the property at anytime. The AC could not be adjusted and the fan was on high. We didn't dare ask whether the pool was open as I wouldn't have dated swim in it! The free breakfast buffet was inedible-dry scrambled eggs, very stale bagels and pastries-coffee was ok. The place is huge and in terrible condition.

The property was very run down, no grounds keeping what so ever! there was a broken down RV on blocks in the parking lot. The room had a musty smell to it and there was mold in the bathroom and shower. Ask Staff for extra pillows which they said they might have 1 extra pillow available and the would bring it to the room... but never came.

This hotel was terrible. The images portrayed on the Expedia ad were not representative of the actual property in the state it is in. We were booked in a “platinum” room. The room smelled of must and cigarettes. The staff were limited to the two ladies at the check-in. They were under equipped to deal with everything that was going wrong. There was no toilet paper or towels. There wasn’t any hot water and water came out of the ceiling above the shower. Every garbage bin was full of beer bottles and cans. There was garbage all over the pool change room. When we addressed the staff about the dysfunction of the shower they were not able to respond. They were also not able to provide more toilet paper upon request. The breakfast was ok - a few things that became cold and weren’t replaced. Overall, I cannot begin to understand what happened to this hotel from the ratings it used to get but its current state is deplorable. It is not fit to stay in. My family felt ill in the morning and for part of the day after our departure. If you have allergies - avoid. I have never had an experience like this -ever. Please try to do better. You should be thankful to the young ladies at the desk because they are doing all they can.

Les photos montrent l'hôtel sur un meilleur jour. Le mobilier est usé, il y a de la crasse sur le silicone autour de la baignoire. De l'eau est tombé par terre quand j'ai pris ma douche. J'ai pris du papier de toilette pour l'éponger un peu. J'ai dû ramasser avec ce papier de toilette la saleté de la dernière année sur le plancher. Des cheveux dans mes draps tout fripés à l'arrivée (On se demandait s'ils avaient bien été changés) Bref, un hôtel miteux)

Although they are in the middle of renovations not once did it disturb our stay. The entire staff was amazing from check in to check out. Everything was clean and in great working order. Breakfast had a good variety, was well prepared, and delicious 😋. We were beyond satisfied with our stay and will definatly choose them again for.our next trip!! Thanks for a comfortable stay!!!

I have stayed in so many hotels and this was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. We debated just leaving but had nowhere else to go. The rooms were very worn and dated and very dirty. The front desk staff spoke limited english and that was a challenge. The on site restaurant was decent honestly but it was the only good thing. There is much to be fixed with this hotel

The room was clean and comfy beds were like sleeping on a cloud and those pillows omg they are amazing id love to buy 4 of them if u tell me where to buy them lol Sunny and Gary the 2 men at the check in desk were so nice nd helpful. The food was a big yes on the buffet buy the night before I got lettuce wraps and they didnt give me the sauce so I had to walk all the way to the other end of thw 2nd floor then down the stairs then down another long hall to the restaurant.. got my sauce went all the way bk up to our room. Then pick up a lettuce leaf to make my wraps and the leafs were so small I could wrap them at all so I ended up cutting everything up D or a salad put the chicken n sauce on it to eat up.. not very happy w it but I fix it up myself.. and then the next morning we tried to take showers and the know came rt off and even after putting ir bk on we turned it and no water at all. So I went to the desk and they moved us to another room.. then there was a fire on thw 2nd floor and we were all evacuated.. we stood outside for an hr or more. So All in all Od give it a 4 just because there was no water and I had to go to the desk to get a remote for the TV....we would definately stay there again if needed..
