I had a terrible experience at this property. The hotel staff was not helpful with my check-in I had to call Expedia for help to resolve the issue which they did quickly. When I did check in, the hotel gave me a key card to a room that was already taken. I opened the door to someone else's room! The day of my checkout, someone opened the door to my hotel room while I was still in bed and I yelled at them to get out. I called the front desk and they said it was housekeeping. I don't know why housekeeping was coming into my room at 9am on the morning of my checkout. I might not have been so scared if they had not given me a key card to someone else's room the day before. These practices are not acceptable. Overall, a terrible experience. I will not go back.

We stayed at this hotel as a last minute change of plans. It suited our needs for sure; we just wanted an indoor pool. Indoor pool was nice and clean! The room was surface clean but could use a deep clean. The bathroom door is a sliding door and kept coming off track and there was a very loose floor tile in front of the toilet. This is not a complaint, just something management may want to address. Coffee was pretty good and the breakfast was just your average free hotel breakfast. Overall good stay! We'd go back :)

The bathroom had hair all over it, the tub was not clean and strands of hair all over it. We needed the pull out bed obviously since we had 3 adults, we put the packaged sheets and blanket on it and there were tiny worms all over the blanket crawling around. Breakfast was decent but milk was out of date and spoiled. The hair dryer went between hot and cold air and at one point burnt my hair. Will not return there, which is a shame because we plan to visit our daughter at UK.

My room wasn’t ready at 4:00 then when it was ready at 7:12 . Not, Tv didn’t work, jelly on remote jelly on side of bed. Had to to change my sheets. They were used. Staff didn’t apologize.

The room has lots of space. The corridor is cold. Though the room is generally clean but the caulk around the bath tub is black. Breakfast was served with with real utensils, glasses and plates and is good

The room and bathroom was very nice, however this hotel is EXTREMELY loud. The people next door left their TV on all night and kept us up all night. We could hear every ding of the elevator and every piece of ice falling out of the machine.

Thin walls. Hear everything. Dogs barking all night in rooms nearby. Drunk people in halls. Horrible water pressure. Toilet wouldn’t flush right. Bathrooms seemed dated and had a heavy sliding door for the bathroom. Cumbersome. Parking and access very tight.

Loved the amenities of the room but the guest were way too loud for a weeknight hotel stay . Wish management would have more closely monitored the noise levels but otherwise I was happy with the hotel itself especially for this price point .

My nephew and I went to the Lexington Comic Con this year. We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the venue. We stayed at this hotel last year when we attended the same convention and enjoyed the free breakfast and clean quiet room. So it was an easy decision to return. Staff was friendly and helpful. A great stay.

Do not stay at this hotel. There are plenty of other places in the vicinity and there are plenty of other home to suites in Lexington. If that is your preferred brand. The cleanliness of our room was pathetic, I’ll spare you all of the details, but it included blood on the toilet seat, toilet paper in the toilet bowl Pubic hairs in the shower, etc.. The door to our bathroom would not close all the way ever even after multiple attempts to get the hotel management to rectify. The hotel manager, obviously overwhelmed and over his head simply replied that he was having staffing issues. That was it. go elsewhere.

Dirty rooms and limited parking
We requested a non smoking room. When we arrived the first room they had to go and remove equipment. It was an ozone machine to remove cigarette smoke. Requested a move to another room which did not have a door on the bathroom. The third room was better but trash was still in the trash can. They also had a youth basketball tournament going on so we had the pleasure of listening to kids run up and down the halls screaming until after midnight. We also had the joy of listening to a barking dog below us until the owners arrived, after midnight. Please be aware of the parking as their is limited parking. We had trouble finding a parking spot because several people could not park between the lines and their was a truck pulling a trailer that took up 6 spots. Pointed it out to the attendant and they did not really care. Was hoping for a much better experience, will not stay at this hotel again.

The property was overall very nice. But, the room it self could use a deep clean. Area's like the bathroom door, office chair, and lamp shades were stained and could use some attention.

The pool was out of service, the elevator was down for part of the stay and we were on the 4th floor, then no one was present to check us out. So i had to leave the keys and a sticky note. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Wont stay here again!

We were assigned three rooms. The first smelled of cigarettes masked with freshener spray. The second room had not been cleaned prior to being assigned to us. The third was clean but every sound from the room above (including bathroom trips) was heard. No one was available to man the front desk when we arrived. While we waited for someone to drive in, we had the pleasure of watching people in the lobby steal from the in hotel market. I felt sorry for the one employee that was trying to hold down the fort on Christmas eve after a coworker called off, but when you pair everything together, the trip was not getting off to a great start. But wait! Our car was broken into in the parking lot that night and when we reported it to the police, we were informed that it was very common in that part of Lexington due to the large homeless population. 16 hours. That was how long we stayed before packing up and going home. Without cameras and better lighting at the property, I would not recommend the hotel to other visitors. I do want to thank the front desk staff for helping us cover our busted window. If I had not prepaid on Expedia, I am not sure we would have stayed after the 3 room debacle,but the staff worked with Expedia to get us out of there and headed home as soon as possible.

The staff John was very kind. I couldn't sleep because someone was talking loudly in the elevator hall between 1:00 and 3:00 the night before, so I asked him to change my room the next morning, and he immediately changed me to another room. Thanks to this, I was able to sleep comfortably the next night.
