“Room was spotless! Staff were on top of our check in despite the very late time. Very patient with my not understanding and made it very clear. The bed was extremely comfortable, hot water was definitely hot, plenty of cookware to use and just a pleasure overall. Not sure why they advertise it as self check in and there not being a front desk, there is a front desk and they scan your finger to allow access into the hotel. Caused some confusion when we were under the impression the front desk didn’t exist. But the place and location were fantastic”
