Waterfront - Lake Wateree (Liberty Hill SC)

This is our 2nd home on Lake Wateree located in Liberty Hill SC. The home sits on a beautiful (flat) 1.2 acre waterfront lot. The water is shallow, so it is great for kids to get their feet wet. The home is in exceptional condition, as again, we use it for our personal use. That said; we can't use the property all the time, so it is available for guests periodically. Pets are on a case by case basis. Please note: the home is not a venue for events unfortunately.

The space: Master on main floor (king bed), with two identical bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The two upper bedrooms both have queen beds.

On a case by case basis the shed can be rented which has a twin bed. It is fully furnished w. HVAC.

Guest have access to a canoe, and two kayaks.

Private Parking: Driveway (3-4 Cars), or 2-3 cars and a small boat. The home is located on a private and quiet street. You will likely see a deer or two during your stay in the early mornings or evenings.

Other things to note:
Pets are not allowed, but pets have been in the home (a dog). We wish we could accept fur babies, but we simply can't unfortunately due to the risk.
