Mot trädgården och havet, dock var det superlitet rum. Hotellet är jättefint och mysigt med en underbar frukost och fin pool, skulle varmt rekommendera hotellet."

"We paid €472/night for a dark, bare room that felt more like a bunker. No balcony/outdoor, no charm, poor/none Wi-Fi, and a rickety bunk bed that wasn’t even safe for kids (even the ’safety rail’ was loose and fell to the floor). The hotel is full of hidden fees: for ex you have to pay to use the small pool — €7 per person/day. Same fee applies even if you just want a quick dip. Sunbeds at the private beach are then included in that fee but only 2 (even if you are paying for 4p). The buffet (€98 for our family) was underwhelming. The food was uninspired and we are not a picky family. Only water or wine was incl, not even soft drinks for the kids. Breakfast was equally poor — ex just bananas and kiwis as the ’fresh fruit’ -no melon, pineapple etc. The machine coffee wasn’t even drinkable. It was clean, and I guess the staff tried, but this is far from even a poor 4-star standard. Much better options elsewhere for this price - The hotel is loud, the beach is rocky, and the water gets deep immediately. We asked for a refund for at least the last night/nights and check out early - but were refused to get any money back by manager. They did give us a superior room with 4 beds on the floor. Small, but worked. And that room had WiFi and a functional shower. "Tillbribgade 7 dagar semester med familjen! Anläggnngen stort och fint, rummet mindre fräsch - det luktar mögel, AC fungerar inte och vattnet rann i rummet. Har reklamerat men teknikern kunde inte fixa det, han sa att han själv toc hand om allt. Frukosten dålig och okunnig personal, brände äggen och toasten - flera blev irriterade på det. Maten på övriga restauranger var average till höga priser."
