Friendly helpful staff, great area. A supermarket just across the stress, 10 min walk to old town and 5 min walk to the main shopping area. 30 min walk to the beach, but there are buses close by.
Good breakfast, great sized rooms. A bit wore down bathrooms but over all very good.

âGreat location with easy mobility around the city. Needs to have better, clear instructions on how to access the inside of the building and rooms. My husband said that the bedroom rug was dirty. Overall 8/10.â
âGreat location with accommodating host and central location. Very walkable to much of Bari. 12 minute walk to âthe old townâ, Barivecchio. 24 hour parking garage just a 2 minute walk as well.â
âWe had not received any communication from the property until the morning we flew to Bari. Not knowing whether we had antwhere to stay that night, we booked another accommodation.
The property owners said that not confirming details until their guests had begun their journey was perfectly acceptable and refused to refund any money.
It subsequently came to light that the contact details they had lodged with Expedia were wrong so we were unable to contact them by phone or email.

âThe room was clean and nice, bed was OK, but you share a bathroom with 5 other rooms and it seemed like it was always busy when I needed it. Parking not easy, but not impossible. Service was terrible. There is no automatic cleaning or replacement of linens you have to ask in writing, and it can only happen in the morning. The cleaning lady was INCREDIBLY rude. A smile or hello goes a long ways, but this woman seemed incapable of that.â
âI have been in hotels all over the world and the staff at this hotel was incredible. They went over and above any need one might have. Great breakfasts. Great atmosphere and food. Good entertainment also. Staff at the desk was ready to fill any need. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool on the roof. But this hotel is beautiful and well located. Highly recommend. â
âThe old and authentic area with narrow "streets" (walkways) and the neighborhood feeling was part of the charm of this area of Bari. It was just what we wanted. And, the 3-story small accommodation was "authentic" and delightful, with a spectacular rooftop breakfast area looking over the other similar dwellings (some or maybe most still occupied by residents), with a good "sidewalk" resturantjust a few steps away. What a great experience!â
