The pool is open seasonally and is normally only accessible during the summer months.
Accommodation Description The apartment is part of a condominium and has a cozy living room with air conditioning and Smart TV, ideal for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is functional and fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. From the kitchen there is access to a terrace with mountain views, perfect for enjoying an outdoor breakfast.
The two bedrooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with air conditioning. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second consists of a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above, ideal for families or groups of friends. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, with towels and bath products provided to ensure maximum comfort.
Access to the Accommodation Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment and to the private terraces. A dedicated private garage is also available, a valuable element in an area where parking may be limited. Guests are required to respect the rules for using the pool and the shared garden, as established by the condominium regulations, and to maintain respect for their neighbors.

Transportation Thanks to the proximity of the train station and the pier, it is possible to easily reach other towns on Lake Como, as well as Milan and Valtellina. Thanks to this strategic location, the apartment is an ideal base for exploring the entire Lake Como and its attractions, both by car and by public transport.

The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
