The house is on the first floor of a modern building and is arranged on one level. The entrance opens the living area, composed of the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen, equipped with all the necessary supplies to prepare delicious dishes and enjoy lunches and dinners in total comfort, is equipped with refrigerator with freezer, oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all the equipment for cooking, as well as a dining table ideal for sharing pleasant moments with family and friends. The living room has a comfortable sofa and allows, through a large window door that leads directly to the terrace, to enjoy the view of the lake and unmissable sunsets.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Complete the house a well-kept garden, perfect for spending time outdoors and relaxing. The garden extends towards the swimming pool, which is slightly heated and creates a quiet area to spend hours of leisure and relax in the summer climate, enjoying the surrounding nature.
