"Auf der Sonnenterrasse der Kärntner Alpen an oberen Ende eines alten Dorfes. der Platz wurde bereits im 15 Jhdt. bebaut und bewohnt. Das Alter des Hauses war unbestimmt, aber sicher alt. Modernisiert mit E.Heizung, im Bad der Fußboden, haben wir eigentlich nur einen alten Holzofen vermisst. Der hätte Platz genau dort, wo der Fernseher steht, den eigentlich Niemand mehr braucht, in dieser Lage, in dieser schönen Umgebung. Und das Wetter wie fast immer um diese Jahreszeit einfach traumhaft....

"Wir wurden herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen! Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Hütte, perfekt zum entspannen in den Bergen! Wir haben trotz unseren Pubertieren kein Fernseher oder sonstiges vermisst! Küche war ausgestattet! Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"This was very new and modern place, with old style elements. Kitchen vey complete. 2 nice bedrooms with good beds and modern bathroom. Good parking space and warm storage place on ground-level for shoes and skies. Quite location. About 15min autodrive to parking ski-area Nassfeld-Hermagor. Think to visit it again. Very nice and good support from owner and neighbour."

"De hut is ruim, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie is één van de mooiste waar we ooit verbleven. Een fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen. Meneer Gomig is een gentlemen. Het enige nadeel was dat de informatie over de betalingen en de locatie op de VRBO website niet duidelijk was. De hut is niet in Lienz maar 20 minuten bergopwaarts op een doodlopend weggetje. Dus je moet wel van rust houden. Verder is er geen internet en zeer beperkt mobiel bereik. Heerlijk rustig dus!"

"My wife and I stayed at this property for four days, and really enjoyed the flat. Communication with the owners was excellent, and they were warm and responsive hosts. I appreciated the hiking tips. The flat is super clean and works great for a couple. It's accurately depicted in the photos. "Das urige Häuschen ist perfekt gelegen. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge. Es ist alles sauber und gepflegt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Dusche in der Küche ist vielleicht etwas ungewöhnlich, aber überhaupt kein Problem. Man riecht, dass hier früher mal geraucht wurde, aber nach ausgiebigem Lüften ist ebenfalls das kein Problem mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."
