Our apartment is situated in a residence with a shared outdoor pool, lift and custodian, only 50mt from the beach. The space features a double bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a furnished terrace. One uncovered and numbered parking space is included.
