It offers an open-plan kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher; a living and dining area with a double sofa bed; two triple bedrooms (each with one double and one single bed); a bathroom with shower, double sink, and hairdryer; plus a small balcony. Amenities include satellite TV, A/C and heating, a washing machine, and a safe. One numbered parking space is included (100 m from the building).
