Our modern apartment is part of a residence with a swimming pool and a common garden right in front of the beach. The flat features an elegant living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen area, a cozy triple bedroom, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower box. It is also equipped with two balconies (one with a lateral sea view; one with city view), A/C, an American coffee maker, a microwave, Sat TV, a washing machine, and one parking space per booking in the garage. It can accommodate up to seven guests. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor, and colours may vary). °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.

*Check-in (18/04-31/05 and 01/09-26/09): 15:00-19:00. Check-in after 19:00 is not allowed.
*Check-in (01/06-31/08): 16:00 to 19:30. Check-in after 19:30 is not allowed.
