Semi-detached villa in a green and quiet area of Lignano Pineta, only 250mt from the beach. Our lovely accommodation boasts a private fenced garden with a furnished patio. The ground floor is composed of a living/dining room with a sofa, an open plan kitchen, a bedroom with a single plus a trundle bed, and a complete bathroom with shower. The first floor consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (both rooms have a balcony), and a second bathroom with shower. It comes with dishwasher, washing machine, one uncovered parking space, and an electric vehicle charging station. It can host up to 6 guests.
