We are delighted to welcome you in our stylish and modern apartment suitable for up to 6 guests, located in the heart of a new prestigious complex with a shared swimming pool and a solarium area.
The beach is only 500mt away and the city center is approximately 600mt far from the apartment.

The apartment is built on two levels. On the ground floor you will find a modern living room with one double sofa-bed, a kitchen area with a gas hob, a fridge and a freezer, dishwasher and a microwave, a full bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine, an utility room, a nice porch with private fenced garden and a fireplace where you can enjoy your time during your vacation.
On the first floor there is a second bathroom with a shower box, a comfortable bedroom with one double bed, a beautiful second room with two single beds, two lovely terraces.

To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat, video intercom, central heating and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

Covered parking lot or garage included.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.

°Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.

A bicycle rental service is available at the apartment.

Check in from 17:00 until 19:00. Check out from 08:00 until 09:00.

Beach service is always included in the price of your stay.
