Spring Break 2024
The house was very nice, but I would not recommend it for small children. I had moved some of the nice glass decorations out of the way so they would not be broken. There were no plastic plates or cups either, so we bought paper plates to be sure we didn't break anything. The porches and decks appear to be screened in, but they were not. There were many missing screens. The pool was a huge disappointment. It was very dirty, and the pump was not operating properly, so we could not use it. The property management team was very nice, but with any issue I had it got road blocked by the property owner who was not willing to compromise with me, likely due to the fact they had just listed the property for sale. We were very excited for our vacation, and we made the most of it, but the property was a bit of a letdown, mainly because the pool was not functional.

Sorry you were disappointed with your vacation., the pool was clean but leaves were blowing in to the pool. Sometimes the forces of mother nature are strong than we are. and no one can keep out all the leaves with a 25 miles an hour wind blowing.. No one has ever mention the decor having a lot of glass the children could break Hope you got to enjoy the local things to do. The naval museum is always a favorite place for a day out, OWA amusement park is only about a fifteen minute drive away. If you missed these things come and visit again.

Beautiful views!
Overall our stay at Bay Landing was fun and relaxing. The location is about a 30min boat ride to Perdido pass which we enjoyed. The master bedroom/bathroom was cozy and beautiful. The beds in the other 2 rooms, however, were not comfortable. The mattress are very worn down and 1 of the beds had broken slats. The back bedrooms have a beautiful view but the sheer curtains (and missing curtains) made it was difficult to sleep in on vacation due to the bright sunlight. The kitchen appliances are new and work great. The seating area in the kitchen is very limited. The benches on the tables are very wobbly and need maintenance. The pump on the pool was broken during the first part of our stay but they were able to get that fixed so we were able to enjoy it. Was perfect after a day on the beach.

Weekend staycation
This was such a pleasant surprise for us. Our original booking was cancelled last minute due to no fault of our own. We then found this house last minute and it was honestly a huge upgrade. I had friends and family in town to celebrate a birthday and we were all blown away with this property. We had the best weekend and cannot wait to stay again.

Beautiful place on the bay
Our family loved being in this home. It is beautiful and in a perfect location on a quiet street. The sunrise and sunset over the bay are amazing. The house has everything we needed, and the pool was perfect. We would highly recommend this home and area for a vacation near the Gulf and on the water.

We had a very relaxinng stay. The house was very clean upon arrival and check in was very easy. House is situated in a nice area away from the busy, tourist areas. Very peaceful. Property management checked in through phone calls a few times to ensure we were having a good stay. Only a few minor repairs of things we noticed upon arrival which we reported to management. Loved the screened in deck area and the view of the bay was so relaxing. Saw dolphins briefly a few times. Wish we would have known to check whether pool was heated, as it was pretty chilly, but didn't stop a few of our party from enjoying it. It was nice to have a grocery store nearby that we could place a pickup order at for things we didn't bring with us. Kitchen had everything we needed. On days we ventured out drive was not bad at all. Would definitely return to this house.

Weekend Getaway
The house and property were beautiful. House was very clean when we arrived. Pool was gorgeous. We brought our boats, so the dock was very nice. The back yard was completely fenced for our dogs to just roam around. There is a screened in porch off the main floor, that was fantastic in the evening and morning with gorgeous views. The only issue I could possibly come up with is there are 3 flights of stairs at this place. My granny was with our group, so it was a little rough for her. I did not realize there were so many steps prior to booking. Otherwise the place was great! Lillian is a little drive from all the beach restaurants but it’s a great place if you want some peace and quiet.

Amazing property

A wonderful getaway
We had a fantastic time. The only thing that could make it better is the inclusion of Brillo pads/ steel wool or non-stick cookware in the kitchen. I could only find one pan in the entire kitchen that did not have residue stuck to it that needed to be scrubbed off. It's hard to cook a meal with just one small pan.

The property was very nice. Enjoyed the pier but noticed some screws/nails have been left out of several boards near the far end. Grandsons absolutely loved the pool even in December, but were not so thrilled about sleeping in such a "Girlie" bedroom. If you like to eat out at night there is no place close. Would have been nice to have an extra TV or 2, games, movies etc included with the unit. Overall a nice stay just not very close to any restaurants or activities if that is what you are also looking for.

Perfect for small family reunion
Beautiful peaceful home was perfect for our out-of-town family to reconnect with our Pensacola-based family. Afternoons on the screened-in porch looking over the water, evenings at the dining table after cooking in the huge and modern kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. Weather was a little too cold to enjoy the pool - maybe next time. Thank you.

Nice inside But Disgusting & NOT Clean Outside!!!
Well Let’s say the location was very nice and the house was clean in the inside and comfortable but the furniture was worn out and old! And now the bad news! I found and smelled dog poop all over the outside grounds all over the side and backyard full of dog poop , The yard was never cleaned and we stepped on it so I texted the office and they came out the next day and picked up the dog poop but still missed a lot of it ! We still found some more poop in the yard! Nice location but my kid stepping on dog poop all over the backyard kind of messed up the vacation getaway !!!! Hope the management cleans the yard for the next renter! And maybe gets some new furniture than it would be a nice place!!!

Enjoyed our stay!
Very clean and quiet property, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views were very nice. Tons of outdoor entertainment areas- our favorite was a very large screened in back porch. Perfect place for a coffee in the morning. We came for blue angels airshow and the drive to Pensacola Beach was a little farther than it appeared on a map but that is our fault for not checking! The beaches were beautiful. We would stay here again.

Love, love love this place!
This place is great. We have stayed every year in this area for over 30 years. By far the best. We stayed the last week in October. The pool was great until a cold front came thru on Thursday. The home is comfy with great appliances. Lots of room for all of us. Shower in master bedroom great. Everyone used that one. The only drawback is the stairs to get into home and bedrooms. If you have handicapped or elderly, it can be challenging. Great place to stay. Hope to stay here again.

Needed getaway
The house was very nice. However the grill was disgusting, moldy and didn’t light so couldn’t be used. Some lights didn’t work in the bathroom. Told the property people and they cleaned the grill (still didn’t light and couldn’t be used) light bulbs never changed. The dock was under construction so couldn’t go out and fish was a bummer but happens. Was very disappointed in the management. But the house is nice and in a good location!! I recommend the house.

It was a beautiful location. Very lovely spacious home. As a suggestion, they have an induction stove and they need to leave instructions for use out. The only other suggestions is to leave a pool skimmer out. There was a frog and leaves and such in the pool. But Overall the house is very comfortable.. Instructions for the use of the 2 TV controllers would also be helpful.

Great Experience
Very nice property. They did have to mow on Saturday and then start to work on the Dock on Sunday; however, no problem. We understand totally. I am told beds not comfortable within the non-master rooms; however, I did not test. Overall great experience though. Once the docks is rebuilt it will be outstanding! The Realty and owner concessions were outstanding.

Better Than Expected Home With a View
What can I say... Great location on the water (no dock but we didn't care), spacious with plenty of comfortable beds, clean, nicely stocked kitchen and overall a great location. I would definitely rent again. Also, when we texted for assistance, there were very quick responses from management. Not a complaint from my family but just so you know, the stove is super difficult to use. We cooked A LOT and ended up having to buy an electric burner and non-stick pans since the stock of pots and pans were only stainless products. At some point we realized that the fancy stove only allowed Stainless steal pots/pans so that might have been why we had issues. A user guide would have been helpful for a few things in the kitchen but like I said....its still a 5 start property in my opinion. We would rent this space again.

Filthy and Disgusting house and Melissa with management (Property Manager)
Upon arrival, the house was filthy, unclean and had yellow and black stains all over the beds. There were pubic hairs on our beds (every single one) and the beds were made with used sheets to “look clean”. The showers had hairs on the walls and the bathroom floors had bundles of hair in the corners. After driving for 16 hours and seeing this mess, we decided to call management and we got in touch with Melissa who is the property manager. She was completely unprofessional and useless. She did not want to send someone out because she didn’t believe us, but after complaining enough she decided to call some cleaning crews to see if they could come out at 10:30pm. She told the cleaning crew that we just needed the house to be swept and told the cleaning crew that we were just exaggerating. The audacity. She called the owner eventually because she was incapable of handling this situation herself. She eventually got someone to get us new blankets but that we would need to wait till morning to have the rest of the house cleaned. The comforters that they brought smelled like rotten milk so we had to wash them. Booking this place was a joke because they advertise it with professional cleaning. I own a cleaning company and this was horrendous. The cleaners told us that management tells them to simply make the house appear to be clean but not to actually clean it if they don’t have the time. Having to spend a birthday getaway dealing with a dirty house and terrible management was a bad experience to an eventual good experience. The location was nice and the house itself was beautiful. It is located 15-20 minutes away from some very nice beaches and restaurants. It is dog friendly which is a big plus to this location and the neighbors were wonderful to meet. I would never book here again simply on the fact that the house was extremely dirty. I have proof of all the dirty things in the house and would be happy to share them again. If you don’t want to deal with bad management and a dirty house, don’t book this house. It took me a while to write this review but I want future renters to know what they might get themselves in to. The objective of this review is to give constructive criticism so the owners reconsider how this property is being managed. It is a beautiful house and with simply fixing the cleaning and customer service this could have been a 5 star location. Oh, and the pier that is advertised is not complete. It can’t be used at all currently.

Not ALL I was told!
I emailed owner/property management and ask straight up if it has a pier. I was told “yes”. We get there and there is no pier (which would’ve been a deal breaker). The only 2 TV’s & the 1 in living room was the only one that worked correctly. No TV in other bedrooms. Mattresses in the room with the daybeds very uncomfortable!! Could not pull in garage. So had to load up in the rain. Would not rent again.

Relaxing & Beautiful
Wonderful house on a beautiful bay. We saw dolphins almost every morning. The pool was a great place to lounge by during the day. Plenty of seating around pool and on lower deck. Upper deck also has a lot of seating for relaxing. Super fun areas close by Perdido Key, Orange Beach & Gulf Shores tons of beaches & restaurants. Johnson Beach about 15 minutes from house. Check in process was very smooth. They texted the house code and let us know we could check in early.

Ideal getaway in a serene setting
This property is beautiful and just as the pictures describe. We loved the outdoors area and the kids enjoyed the pool, even though it was a big chilly. It is in a quiet neighborhood just out of town from Perdido Key. We loved being able to head to the beach and come back to our own quiet getaway.

Great weekend getaway
The property was clean and the view was gorgeous! The house is even better than the pictures or the description online. It has a great view of the bay and a huge porch overlooking it. The pool is wonderful as well but we didn’t use it because it’s winter. Would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely abode!
We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous home over the Christmas week! The beds were super comfy, the linens soft, and the water hot and plentiful! Plenty of table space to dine and play games at. The gourmet kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed, except a candy thermometer-LOL! ( I’m certainly kidding). Let’s talk about the couch. Long enough to fit 8 average sized adults side-by-side with reclining seats. So comfy! The laundry room had newer model large size capacity washer and dryer. Finally, the outdoor living areas were so fun! Upper screened in deck area, shaded under area, and the beautiful swimming pool with plenty of Adirondack seating all around. Bonus, this is a pet friendly rental, and the backyard is fenced in. Our two doodles had a blast! I highly recommend this place! The property management staff were very responsive and responded to our queries nearly immediately.
