Lima Luxury Home & Garden Getaway

Welcome to our breathtakingly beautiful, one-of-a-kind home in Lima! We’ve put a lot of love and care into our home to make sure that you have the best stay possible with all the comforts of home. Located in the heart of Miraflores and as close as you can get to the Pacific Ocean, our unique gardens, Terrazas, balconies and curated indoor spaces will allow you to escape the noise of the bustling city while being only blocks away from the most visited destinations in Lima.
The space
Upon entering from the street, you’ll be greeted with our front yard: a beautiful, green garden with well kempt plants and wrap around lighting for visibility at night. There is also a large garage (one of two) with an automatic door (remote available) that can fit 2 cars spaciously. Entering the home, you’ll be welcomed by our large living/family room. Filled with plants, chandeliers, and all the natural lighting you could hope for, it is a luxurious space that will be sure to make you feel happy and relaxed. Through the living room, you will find our unique garden space that you won’t find anywhere else in Lima. With rustic tables and matching umbrellas, an extra-large grill with accessories, a ping pong table and another 3-car garage, there is plenty of space for you and your guests, plus some! The kitchen is large, with an induction stove and all the kitchen utensils and amenities you would expect to have in your own home.

Climbing the stairs, on floor 1.5, is an office space with a 26-inch monitor, sofa-bed, digital piano, smart speaker, standing desk with bucket seat, plus it’s own small private terraza. You’ll also see a living tree in the middle of the stairwell – a recent addition that adds to the feeling of being in nature while in our home. On the second floor you will find another balcony with table and umbrella, 2 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One room has a private bathroom, while the other bathroom is located in the hallway. One room has a queen sized beds, the other is a double, with comfortable sheets and tasteful decorations. One room has a view of the front of the house, while another has a view of the garden. You’ll also find a tea station and smart TV in the larger bedroom.

Going to the third floor, you’ll be greeted by our stunning master bedroom. With a king-sized bed, working fireplace, desk with additional external monitor for working, large bathroom with bathtub and bidet, and a walk-in closet, it can’t get much better. Included are 2 comfortable bath robes, essential oils, and bubble bath, to name a few of the extras. Both the bedroom and bathroom have large windows letting in plenty of natural light. Just outside of the master bedroom is an amazing terraza with patio furniture, a large umbrella for shade, hanging plants, and yoga mats. It is a gorgeous space that you will surely fall in love with.

Outside of the 3rd floor balcony is a laundry room with a fairly new Samsung washing machine and space to hang-dry your clothes. Below that is yet another terraza with a bistro set where you can sit with a drink while watching passers-by on the street below. It’s a great place to have breakfast or dinner and observe the city.
