I've got little trouble bringing guest to my room so it is advised to heck with the hotel before if it is permitted. Make sure to request a lower floor because the higher up the less pressure the shower has, I was in the 7th floor and it was dripping from the shower.

Algunas cosas buenas, la mayoría no
Habitaciones amplias, ubicación buena. Problemas con el aseo, la primera habitación a la que me dirigí tenía el baño desaseado. Me la cambiaron por otra con olor a humedad. No podían limpiar la primera habitación porque el personal de servicio se retira antes de las 9 pm. Los utensilios estaban incompletos (un solo vaso y una sola copa para dos personas). En el desayuno, solo me trajeron esencia de café, pregunté si faltaba algo y me consultaron si había hervidor en la habitación. No lo había. Las ventanas de la sala de estar no se abren, esto impide ventilar bien la habitación.

The property is well located and has basic customer service and its clean. Dont expect top service as after 3pm clening people are not available. Breakfast is basic and repetitive and they take it to your room. Air conditioning gives problems.

For a server it is very valuable to receive feedback from our guests.I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the competence of our team, unfortunately due to the instability of our country, strikes, haicos, we were forced to reduce the number of collaborators, so we were only providing cleaning service from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. Regarding air conditioning, we have a system that allows us to save energy consumption when guests leave the room and forget the air conditioning system on for more than 3 hours. We are working to improve it, in the same way we are deducing your observations to the affected areas so that they can take corrective measures.We hope to be able to count on your preference again on a future trip to Lima, it will be a pleasure to serve you. Have a great day.

No Frills but a great hotel!
I arrived at 7am and requested a dearly check-in. Unfortunately the room would not be available until 2 PM so I accepted a lesser room (still a suite) w/ the option to change for larger roomette next day! I decided to remain in the room which was only slightly smaller than the reserved suite. The staff was friendly and efficient and for the most part spoke English well., The Hotel was very clean and neat.The Breakfast simple and fresh. It was delivered each morning and included Eggs, coffee, orange juice and rolls. This hotel is located an easy 10 minute walk from Kennedy Park and restaurants. Overall a very enjoyable experience and a very good value for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

En seis meses la propiedad está muy deteriorada regaderas no funcionan cuartos huelen a humedad tienen que dar un mantenimiento general siempre me quedo ahí será la última vez que lo haga

is the worst place i have stay , at entrance smoke smell when you enter the room smell humidity and ac dont work bed is super old so is like a table , a lot of noise from out side , they change me to other room !!!! less smell humidity still ac dont work , bed as a table super old and nex day when you take bath water goes on and off !!! is reallyt the worst hotel i have stay really im not over telling things these hotel should be take off these site

La struttura è recente, gradevole e in buona posizione. Non molto attrezzata la zona cucina. Purtroppo non c'era riscaldamento se non con stufette elettriche.

The fact that it had a kitchen, seating area was a plus. The carpeting in the bedroom needs some tlc, cleaning! But over all, it was a nice cozy little place.

Una excelente alternativa
Muy buena experiencia, el personal muy amable, sobretodo el personal de aseo. Excelentes personas, dispuestos a ayudar siempre. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, restaurantes cerca, casinos, supermercados, etc.

I really had very hight expectations of this place, but was truly let down once I arrived to my suite. Only two small pillows on my bed, limited towels, shower heads that was not functioning properly...bedrooms missing privacy inner curtains. Bathroom had ceiling paint that was falling apart while the stem hit the walls.

Overall, this location was pretty central to a large number of places within Miraflores. I would recommend it and stay there again.
