Very nice hotel for out business stay, we got in contact with the hotel before hand to get some help for the Covid tests we needed for our return and they extremely helpful helping us get all of that set up.

Great hotel, located in a really nice part of san isidro. This is my go-to hotel when i go to lima for business. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The franklin restaurant has really great food and the breakfast is lovely!

Le comento que además de los baños del Restaurant, bajando medio piso tiene dos baños públicos habilitados las 24 horas. Estamos remodelando el Lobby durante el mes de enero. Para trabajar tenemos para usted: El Área se Social Co-Working en la terraza cubierta del piso 8 con aire acondicionado,amplios espacios con mesas de trabajo y pequeños sofá con mesitas, El Business Center con tres PC (dos Apple) en ambiente exclusivo con estación de café de cortesía y la Sala de Directorio que la puede solicitar en Recepción hasta or dos horas sin costo para nuestros Huéspedes. Todos el Hotel tiene Internet Wi-Fi Pro de cortesía. Discúlpenos si no le informaron bien de estas facilidades a su ingreso al Roosevelt. Espero conocerlo pronto personalmente y darle la bienvenida. I liked the location, the hotel’s size, the remodeled dining room, the willingness to serve well by the reception staff. I didn’t like the air conditioning system which was failing continuously, the excessive noice when closing the neighboring rooms’ doors, the slowness of the service provided by the restaurant waiters, the low water pressure in the shower.

Excellent staff and service! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our accommodation comfortable and provided great recommendations for things to do around the area. Hotel is located in an upscale neighborhood and is safe area to walk around at night. Hotel breakfast is good but is the same daily. If staying for multiple days, then you’d probably want to go somewhere else to change it up. Hotel amenities are usual perhaps a bit expensive for what they offer. I’d still probably stay here again given the location and service I received.

The hotel is located in a great area with tons of cute cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are incredibly helpful and happy. The attached restaurant and included breakfast were perfect. The bed and sheets were amazing. The room was small but clean. The bathroom needs updating but was clean and had plenty of counter space which I like. The hotel was perfect for us.

Great location need improvement with breakfast!
The rooms are comfortable and the area is superb. You can walk or take a taxi to nearby Miraflores. My main concern was the breakfast. The food could be better but overall was good. However, waiters don’t even get you coffee, you have to get it yourself. You also have to ask for spoons, plates etc because somehow they are looking the other way and not paying attention to what’s missing! Besides that the receptionists and bell boys are great! Will go back and demand they serve coffee to my table.

This hotel was rated much higher and didn’t meet my expectations. The service was great. The room was so-so. The shower had a shower with a small hot stream. Not good water pressure. The fixtures in the room were loose. And the room was a little noisy. If someone opened a door next door it made a loud noise In my room. Overall though it was a nice place. the franklin restaurant downstairs was good. But pricey for Peru prices. Good food though!

Hotel cómodo y excelente ubicación
Hotel súper agradable, la mayoría de los colaboradores te atienden muy bien,en especial la srita. Noemi de recepción muy amable desde la llegada.La ubicación excelente, dentro de una zona muy concurrida y segura pero la calle del hotel muy tranquila.Todo estuvo perfecto, seguro me hospedaría de nuevo.
