It can accommodate up to 11 guests and features five well-distributed bedrooms, all with full bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. In addition, there is an extra guest bathroom.

On the first floor, there are two spacious and comfortable bedrooms with king-size beds. There is also a bedroom with two bunk beds, perfect for children or groups, and an additional bedroom with a queen-size bed, originally intended for housekeeping staff but fully functional for guests.

On the second floor is a separate studio with a king-size bed, ideal for those seeking greater privacy. This space has direct access to the terrace and features a large television, perfect for watching soccer games, movies, or enjoying entertainment.

The common areas are designed for sharing. The living room features a TV and a comfortable, cozy atmosphere, while the dining room is spacious and functional. In this space, you’ll also find a coffee and tea station with an espresso machine, perfect for starting the day or taking a break at any time.

One of the home’s biggest attractions is its spacious second-floor terrace. This space is perfect for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors any time of year, especially during the winter. It features two grills—one gas and one charcoal—ideal for group lunches and dinners. In addition, the terrace has a refrigerator, providing greater convenience without having to constantly go down to the first floor.

The house also has high-speed internet, allowing you to work remotely, make video calls, or enjoy streaming platforms without interruptions.

During the summer season, an inflatable pool can be set up, perfect for cooling off and enjoying time with the family. This pool is not available year-round, so its use will depend on the season.
