“Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. ”

“Overall, you get a lot for your money with breakfast included. Sleeping in a tent is obviously very simple accomondation which we expected but what really surprised us was the loud people around us making noise until 3 in the morning. For a place like this we really expected some peace and quiet and at least a rule that says that it should be quiet after a certain time. “The room was good, clean, had everything you need. It’s very difficult to get to due to road conditions. No ones fault obviously but would have been good to know. “Breakfast was limited. Went to eat at 8am and most of customers ate the food early. Not satisfied with the staff. Coffee and fruit cups were out.
