This luxurious, 1,000 square foot condo, is located inside the newly transformed historic Art Deco building in downtown Lincoln. Our 2 bed 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building all while providing premium amenities throughout the condo. Paired with this amazing space is easy access to UNL, Memorial Stadium, Lied Center, Pinnacle Bank Arena, downtown restaurants, bars, shops and much more!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has everything that you and your guests need to enjoy your stay. It is located on the 5th floor, directly next to the elevator and staircase. We send self check in instructions on the day of your arrival in which you will be provided with a code for building entry as well as our unit access code. A parking garage pass will be located inside our unit for you to use if you desire. Free Wi-Fi and washer/dryer are available to accommodate all lengths of stays. In the kitchen you will find new appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods, dinnerware, silverware, and basic cookware. The bedrooms and bathrooms come with clean sheets, towels and extra toiletries. Each bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV. The living room offers a 65 inch smart tv and sectional couch that pulls out to a full size bed. Upon booking your stay with us, we send you a detailed welcome packet with everything you need to know. We are also available 24/7 via text or phone call if you need anything!

Husker weekend
We had a 3 generation stay and attended Husker softball games. The location was great, a quick mile walk to Bowlin stadium. The Haymarket was also is close. Had a hiccup with access but Scott was kind and quick to help. I would definitely stay again.

NE football weekend
We had a great time. The location of this property was perfect for all the excitement of downtown Lincoln. We were able to walk to the Haymarket, the Stadium, and all the fun nightlife downtown. Amenities were great, beds were comfortable, even the hid-a-bed. It was a great place for our annual Perdu/NE get together.

Amazing Getaway
My friends and I agreed that this was hands down the best Vrbo experience we’ve all ever had. There were personal touches throughout the apartment that made you feel at home. Every detail was thought about, even down to extra toiletries. The check-in/out process was smooth and straight forward. Scott kept communication open the entire time. The biggest bonus was having a parking pass included for the entire weekend!

Excellent property, host, and location
We loved our stay at this property. The check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy, and check-out instructions were clear. Scott was very responsive to all our questions, and even offered to let us stay an extra night when our flight home was canceled. The condo is very comfortable & cozy, very clean, and well-stocked. We had everything we needed to prep and cook meals. The location is also excellent - close to restaurants, bars, cafes, the Lied Center, and UNL campus. We have only good things to say about this space, and about Scott as a host. Highly recommend staying here the next time you're in Lincoln!

Great stay in historic downtown Lincoln
We enjoyed our stay at this modern and spacious condo. It was beautifully decorated, clean and comfy with the added appeal of a historic downtown Lincoln building. Our host were attentive and went above and beyond with amenities. Thank you for a great stay!
