Shopping facilities, bakeries, doctors and pharmacies are in the immediate vicinity and only a few meters from the house there are

stops of the Lindau city bus. The comfortable apartment, which is generously sized for two people at over 60 m², is modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. It consists of an entrance area, kitchen, combined living/dining area, bedroom, bathroom, guest WC, balcony and cellar room. The bright fitted kitchen is equipped with microwave, stove with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher and various electrical appliances, such as coffee machine, kettle and toaster. In the cozy living/dining area, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a Blu-ray player and a stereo system (with MP3 connection) provide entertainment. You will also find a separate workstation with telephone in the apartment. In addition to the bathroom, the apartment also has an additional guest WC. Furthermore, the apartment has a beautiful large balcony, which invites you to both sunbathe and relax. You will find a separate, private parking space for your car in the inner courtyard. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and is rented exclusively to non-smokers. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. Your beds will be freshly made upon arrival; additional blankets and pillows are of course available on request. Towels and tea towels are provided.
