Hotell nära Lingzhu-berget

“Första rummet stank av rök men fick byta till ett bätte. Lite slitet, korridoren luktade mögel och frukostserveringen var väldigt högljudd och rörig. I övrigt bra läge och trevlig personal. ”

“My wife and I highly recommend Pan Pacific Xiamen for its excellent customer service — the staff not only catered to our needs but were also one step ahead in anticipating them and addressing them, from offering to bring to us coffee at the breakfast buffet, seeing that I was using a cane due to challenges that I had been having with my left foot; to the staff offering to quickly tidy up the bathroom and change the towels (we had the do-not-disturb sign on our doorknob that day) when they...

“Fantastiskt hotel med bra läge och nära till allt. Känslan är familjär och trevligt på alla sätt.”

“客房設很新很乾淨，泳池觀景很好，環境優雅，如果能提供手機防水袋更理想。”

“Bra läge. Många små bonussaker som valfri kudde, badrock och tofflor osv. Utmärkt italiensk restaurang. ”

“De wifi verbinding was matig verder alles goed.”

“Good hotel in agreat area of Xiamen”

“No air conditioning in lobby or bar, it was very hot during summer time”

“Clean room and friendly staff”

“Clean rooms, very nice and helpful staff, great location, and free water bottles. We highly enjoyed our stay. The only thing is there are no mini fridges in the room, but the staff will help put your food in their fridge which you can grab at any time.”

“Wonderful”

Also, internet does have issues, but follow instructions another wrote. A positive, they did accommodate my wishes/requests. However, with an issue on day 2 and later at check-out, clerks those times were fabulous, helpful, and cheerful. Mattress on the very firm side. Smoking is allowed. My room didn't smell, but the hallway did, and the smoke came in...

“Excellent location for shopping, transport, food and sightseeing. Room was of good size, excellent hot shower, wifi, fridge and easy for a foreigner to communicate via Wechat The free laundry was a welcome bonus”

“The room 80503 was very noisy feeling like Melbourne F1 Grand Prix, but I was told it was windy. I asked for changing my room, reception answered that other rooms weren’t available (It’s after 2:00pm) I couldn’t sleep at night, asking reception for a quiet room. He found a room 80517 which was less noisy than 80503. Unfortunately it was a smoking room. I had no choice but staying in the room. I was very frustrated. I am here asking you hotels.com what room did you book for me? Please see...
