From the personalized greeting on the TV screen when I entered the room, to finding out there was free shuttle service for pick-up and returning to the airport. Also the breakfast with SO many homemade items(muffins etc) and quiches, plus healthy options like oatmeal and fresh fruit. Even giving me two bottles of cold complimentary water when checking in! They went above and beyond what I’m used to at hotels, and it was MUCH appreciated! ”

“Nice hotel a couple of minutes by car away from University of Vermont. Breakfast was excellent with many options. The complimentary cookies and milk at 8 pm in the lobby was appretiated! Lots of free parkingspots all around the hotel. ”
