“The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The property overall is not well maintained. The pool is out of service and ice machines and vending machines are missing or inoperable. The landscaping is full of weeds. I don’t know what the breakfast substance was but it was not eggs.”

“The property grounds were very nice and well kept. The interior was well kept and clean. The room was clean and spacious but could use some minimal maintenance such as touchup paint, patching a hole created by the door handle in the sleeping area and fixing the icemaker in the freezer section of the refrigerator. The staff was extremely helpful. Overall it was a good place to stay and budget friendly.”

“Bed was comfortable, nice staff, but the property needs a little TLC but the breakfast is pretty good. I wish they had conditioner and not just shampoo. Good for the price overall. I would stay there again (I live out of town and stay for doctors appointments at Mayo)”

“Location is nice and has a lovely walking trail close by, both panera and bww within walking distance. We got a huge room with a kitchen and a nice comfortable bed. Staff at check in was very friendly and had a lot of great tips for our trip. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, would have preferred more healthy options like fruit, granola and yoghurt. ”

“The room was comfortable and beds comfortable. The air conditioner leaked inside making the carpet wet. The breakfast was good, variety offered was very nice. Good coffee and made fresh as needed.”

“This property is old and not really well maintained. The bathtub didn't drain well so you end up standing in ankle deep water. We chose this hotel because of the pool two days the hot tub was closed and another day the slide was closed.”

“The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street.”
