“The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.”

“There was nothing unique about the property. It was poorly maintained. Starting at the entrance, the steps were in a state of disrepair. It was advertised as beautifully renovated but we found it mediocre and poor workmanship. While the room had adequate space, there was no seating provided. Upon inquiry, the desk staff said he could provide a folding chair. Nothing seemed geared to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ice machine on our floor was inoperative. “Very friendly staff, unfortunately there just needs to be a deep cleaning and some updates. The bed in my room was on the floor, and seemed to have a very questionable smell. ”

“Breakfast was not great. We ended up going to Cracker Barrel. Pool was cold, cloudy, And to many kids in it for the size. Kids running up and down the halls till 10 pm. Carpet was dirty. Jot impressed. Staff was very nice. ”

“We enjoyed our stay as the room was so nice and it was so quiet. Never heard any noises or doors slamming. Needed this after we lost electricity in a cottage we were staying in. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The staff were so helpful and accommodating.”

“Air conditioning didn’t work in my room. Staff brought me a fan to accommodate but ultimately no additional accommodations offered or made”
