âVery clean, with spacious, comfortable rooms. Near the waterfront, major bus lines, and dining options. We had a large group (12) who all stayed here for 3 nights, and we had an excellent stay.â
âThe hotel itself is acceptable. You can hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms however. The staff at the reception were a big disappointment as they were not helpful at all.
Some other big negatives were the use of facial recognition cameras to get access to the elevators and get into the hotel from the garage. The hotel refused to give any keycards for me who did not want to register my face in their system. My partner agreed to register her face so we could get to the room. The system...

âTrevligt o rent hotell med familjĂ€r service men enligt mitt tycke tre stjĂ€rnigt pĂ„ grund av vĂ€l gamla handdukar i badrummet. Ingen duch i anslutning till poolen, brödet var slut vid frukosten alla tre dagarna vi bodde dĂ€r. Helt ok om jag betalt för tre stĂ€rnigt men ej för fem som dom har. DĂ„ blir man besviken.â

âLocation is great with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The rooms are clean and spacious. Reliable and unlimited WiFi. The staff is very helpful, I got sick and needed medicine and the receptionist helped me out. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay and the only thing I wish was better was the lighting in the bathroom in my room on the ground floor. Now it wasnt bright enough to be able to put on make up properly. But other than that I had a great stay! â

"Wonderful and a little quirky place. Nice rooftop bar with dipping pool. Spacious room with kitchen. Decent breakfast next door at The Wes. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if Iâm fortunate enough to come back to Cape Town. I absolutely loved it. The only little minus was the large shower head. I think that with the water pressure, a handheld shower head would be better. "
