Whether you’d like to travel alone or with a group, many options are available. Maximum occupancy per home is 4 people.<br><br>Our comfortable property was designed with attention to detail. The modern, tasteful furnishings give every room a warm and inviting atmosphere.<br><br>A paradise for young and old alike—pet lovers are warmly welcome. You’re welcome to bring a dog.<br><br><br>On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator with freezer, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pots, etc.).<br>You’ll also love the light-filled luxury bathroom with a walk-in shower and designer tiles.<br>The open-concept living area features a cozy couch (converts to a bed for 2 people), a large flat-screen TV (Wi-Fi is available, so you can access German streaming services and your own Netflix or Disney accounts), as well as a dining table with four chairs.<br>The bedroom with a double bed is located upstairs in the loft.<br><br>Upon request, we provide a high chair for our young guests (at no extra charge).<br><br>To ensure your privacy in the evenings, we have installed electric roller shutters on all windows.<br><br>The large (20 sqm) terrace offers a breathtaking view of the lake and invites you to relax on the garden lounge (with a parasol) and unwind. The vast lawn surrounding the house is perfect for long walks and leisurely barbecues.<br><br>The property is approximately 4,000 square meters in size.<br><br>Air conditioning with cooling (in summer) and heating (during the colder months) is also available.<br><br>There are several free parking spaces on the property.<br><br>Bicycle, stand-up paddleboard, pedal boat, and kayak rentals are also available nearby.
