Grand calme
A 50 kms de Cracovie la maison est très agréable et le parc magnifique avec tout ce qu’il faut. Ombre terrain de volley de foot et barbecue.

Wouldn’t go back
Everything was grubby, we had to scrub the plates, cups and utensils before they could be used. One of the bathroom bins had someone else’s rubbish in and we even found a past guests t shirt down the side of the bed. You are charged extra for logs for the fire and using towels but only told about this at the end. The biggest issue was by far the dogs. They bark all night and any time you are outside so it makes the outside space impossible to enjoy. The owners were pleasant but do walk into the property at any point and once this included smoking inside. They also played loud music knowing we had a baby with us. Everyone enjoyed the games room and on the whole it’s a lovely place but when you’ve paid to stay somewhere like this you’d expect it to be clean and peaceful.

Dear guest. Thank you for the feedback. We would like to remark that the entire property rental is cleaned and prepared for guests before arrival. It is also cleaned and inspected after departure. It can happen that something can be missed during cleaning, therefore we ask guests to report this on the spot to be corrected by the cleaning staff immediately. It is important that guests also comply to applicable additional charges for services like sauna, towels, and deposit. All of which are mentioned in the booking form before any booking is to be confirmed by guests. This information will then be available in the confirmation of booking as well as the travel documents. Regarding the owner's dogs, they should be left alone and keep children away from them in order for them to stay calm during the day. At night, these dogs are in the garden away from guests, so they would not bark constantly. We are glad that you enjoyed the entertainment room provided in this property.
