The 55-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Please note that the building's stairs are very narrow and steep.
Keep in mind that, like most buildings in this historic city, it is an old building and therefore presents some characteristic challenges such as poor sound insulation and an outdated plumbing system - we recommend airing out the spaces frequently during your stay.
On the ground floor of the building, there is a restaurant, so some movement and noise are to be expected.
Surrounded by the best boutiques, restaurants, and cafes in the city, it is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to stay in the most privileged and traditional area of Lisbon.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (80cm x 190cm). Please note that the bedroom with two single beds is interior, without windows.

￫ Bathroom:
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Please note that the bathroom is interior, without windows, so it may accumulate some humidity due to showers - keep the door open whenever possible, and air out the house frequently.

￫ Living room
The living room features a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and a sofa next to a typical Portuguese "balcony" - shuttered windows that open onto a small parapet.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, washing machine, and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ Please be mindful that, the stairs are narrow and steep, with a less ergonomic design, which may not be suitable for some guests.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Rua do Duque is close to the city center - the incomparable Chiado - being one of the most sophisticated areas of Lisbon, perfectly located between the monumental area of ​​Baixa and the nightlife district of Bairro Alto.

It is also within walking distance of all the main sites of visit and all the typical Lisbon neighborhoods like Principe Real, Rossio, Castelo and Alfama. Here you will find historical monuments, breath-taking viewpoints, Fado houses, fancy bars and restaurants.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

￫ Metro
With a journey of 25-30 minutes, the nearest metro station (Rossio) is just 100 meters from the apartment.

￫ Cars
If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).


Please note that there is some parking in the area. There is a parking (Chão do Loureiro) 10 minutes walk from the apartment, which has a daily value of € 20.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Construction works are taking place in the building, with no timetable for completion.
