The street is strictly pedestrian-only, with the nearest vehicle access point about a 5-minute walk away.

Alfama is an old neighborhood characterized by narrow, steep streets with Portuguese cobblestones. It is located just a 20-minute walk from the center of Lisbon. Don’t forget to bring comfortable footwear!

For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Trams: The iconic Tram 28 passes close to Alfama, with a stop at Largo das Portas do Sol, about a 5-minute walk from the property. This tram route is popular with tourists, as it winds through the city's historic neighborhoods, providing a scenic way to explore Lisbon.

Buses: Several bus lines serve the Alfama area, with stops along Rua do Terreiro do Trigo and Campo das Cebolas. These bus routes connect Alfama to other parts of the city, including downtown Lisbon (Baixa), Cais do Sodré, and Marquês de Pombal.

Metro: The nearest metro station is Santa Apolónia, about a 10-minute walk from Rua dos Remédios. Santa Apolónia is a terminal station on the Blue Line (Linha Azul), which provides direct access to several key areas, including Baixa-Chiado, Marquês de Pombal, and Jardim Zoológico.

Train: Santa Apolónia also serves as a major train station, with regional, intercity, and international train services. This can be a convenient option for day trips to nearby towns or other destinations in Portugal.

￫ The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are provided as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included.
￫ Bed linen and bath towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper storage and use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will apply.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and Baby Chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions above €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
