Allt bra, har ingen uppfattning om närområde. Relativt bra avstånd till metro. Bra med taxi rakt utanför. Kort avstånd till flygfältet.

The best guesthouse ever!
I stayed here just one night because of a long stayover on my way to Brazil. They picked me up at the airport. Everyone was very friendly and familiar. My room and the house was so cozy and very clean with so comfortable bed. I really loved my night here.

Very helpful
First we had some issues with the payment due to my bank, but Alvalade guest house had a great customer service and helped us with quick responses and solutions. Thereafter we had troubles getting to Lisbon due to a storm that day, but once again the staff replied quickly and they were very helpful and understanding. Despite that we weren’t able to actually arrive at the hostel due to this storm, I want to give them credit for the excellent customer service! We hope to stay here another time.

Enkelt och fräscht Guesthouse.
Rent, enkelt och fräscht. Lite lyhört. Nära flygplatsen, bra för oss som bara övernattade och skulle vidare med flyg nästa dag.

Mycket bra och prisvärt. Rent och snyggt. Allt finns, kök med alla möjligheter. Tvättmaskin, kyl, frys, Micro etc, etc. Originell inredning med fina detaljer gör att det blir hemtrevligt. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Tack

Enjoyed to stay at Alvalade II Guest House
we enjoyed a nice stay and good service at Alvalade Guest House in Lisboa. The hostess gave a lot of good information and helped us with practical advice when we had our first vist in Lisboa. I recommend Alvalade II Guest House Lisboa and the metro works fine and is just seven minutes walks. Do not forget to buy the good ice cream that is on the right side of the road from Alvalade II Guest House to the metro station.

1 night stay.
I only stayed here for 1 night so i needed to be close to the airport. With taxi from airport it cost 10 euro. From hotell to airport 5 euro , the good thing is that outside the hotell there is a taxi pocket. The house dont have any sign regarding it to be a hotell or to be more exact. An apartment hotell , depending on wich room you book you will either share toilett or have own on room. The room had AC and smaller LCD tv , not the best picture altough. Bed was good , didnt have the best view from window (out to a construction sight on some kind) but due to the heat there was no point in open windows. I would say its a good stay if you need to be close to the airport. There are resturants , shops and cafès around the hotell but its no more than that. You could take the underground nearby to get to the more central parts of lisbon.

Modern, clean rum.
We reserve 3 deferent hostel in Lisbon and this was greatest! Very clean, modern in the quite part of the city. Close to airport and easy to come in to the centre with metro. Very kind hostess.

Don’t bother with this place.
What a disappointment. Damp towels, air con not working, door stuck shut, 3rd floor, as expected aircraft noise which can compete with the noise from the fridge/freezer. No fire instructions.

J'ai réservé plusieurs mois d'avance pour une chambre versé un acompte de 21euros qui n'a pas était déduis à l'arrivée débrouillez vous avec l'agence m'a t'on dit .par ailleurs chambre bruyante travaux dans la chambre voisine cette chambre m'a coûté en tout 95 euros un peu cher vu les services à ce prix là pas de petit déjeuner pas de télé. Je déconseille fortement très déçus.

The place is fine but needs to be finished..the proprietors never got back to me and I was locked out of my room..had to go through another room and over balcony to get in..didnt love the idea that room locked from inside with key. I have stayed in many guest houses across Europe (Spain, Great Britain, etc) and this property is not a proper guest house - it is a "glorified hostel." The location, condition of the property (toilet set completely detached from toilet) and on line description were not accurate. The check-in employee was curt and easily annoyed. I cannot recommend this property to seasoned travelers.

One of our worst stays out of literally hundreds of hotels around the world. My partner needed a bed and a place to store luggage for a 25-hour stop over in Lisbon. A no frills guest house with good reviews, this seems like a great option. Despite 3 flights of stairs to the tiny room, a helpful worker at check in assured him he could have a late check or store his bags until 2 PM. The next morning, however, the owner reneged on the agreement. She erupted into an obscenity filled tirade. He offered to pay extra, despite the promise from her colleague of a free late checkout. Fine. But when she learned he had to run to the ATM to get cash, she started literally screaming again and threatening him and his belongings. She refused to even store the bags for his flight later that day. It’s perfectly fine to charge for late checkouts. And of course late checkouts are subject to availability. And things change and new bookings come in—though that wasn’t the case here. However, it’s an entirely different story to reneg on a promise by your staff and to so aggressively disrespect another human in this way. He was worried about his safety after the surprisingly aggressive and unhinged verbal attack of the owner. As polite travelers who spend more nights on the road a year than at home, we were dismayed by this harsh treatment. Hopefully she gets the help she clearly needs. But traveler be where: This place, and its owner come with a whole lot of baggage.

Hi! To start we offered kindlly to help with the bags wich you had a lot, nobody at any moment told you that you could stay until 14pm for free, as my collegue told you correctly the check-out time is until 12am. Also nobody at any moment yelled at you or threatened you. The only thing that was said on the phone was that without paying the extra cost of a late check-out you couldn't stay because we had other guests to put in the room. It's your rigth to complain if you where not happy but you have to do it correctly instead of not telling the truth especially when you have all the information available to read about our property (check-out times included) before you make the reservation. We hope that next time you have more attention to see if the place you're choosing goes accordly to your expectations and not only what you believe it is.Bestregards,Alvalade II Guest House Team
