Ett riktigt femstjärnigt hotell
Fantastiskt läge, nära till metro, spårvagnar, affärer, strandpromenaden, restaurangkvarter. Utmärkt service och bemötande. Frukosten är en förstklassig upplevelse, med vacker utsikt över staden. Mycket kompetent reception som kan ge bra rekommendationer och information om allt som en turist behöver i staden. Att de delar ut så dåliga kartor är lite förvånande, ej användbara vare sig för kollektivtrafiken eller för att gå på stan... Singelrummen är små, men tillräckligt för att bo i, men mitt låg på plan 1, vilket blir i nivå med gatan utanför och med en hel del störande musikljud som hördes in. Displayen för luftkonditioneringen har en grön lampa som lyser väldigt starkt i ansiktet nattetid och jag fick använda en av kuddarna för att skapa som en ljusbarriär mot den, väldigt ogenomtänkt. Dessutom lite märkligt med tunna genomskinliga gardiner i badrummet som gör att det känns som att alla kan se in när man är där... Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell!

Hotellet ligger centralt och har en modern inredning med klassiska inslag. Trevlig personal och är ett av det bättre hotellen i Lissabon, väl värt ett besök!

Mys med rätt läge i Lisboa
Väl beläget i den gamla delen av Lissabon. Nära till sevärdheter, nära till restauranger och nära till nöjen för kvällen. 5 stjärnor är väl något överdrivet som totalbedömning. Läget är en 5:a. Resten är kanske 4:a. Mysfaktorn med mottagningen i den lilla välkomstbaren är trevlig och litet annorlunda. Framförallt är terassen på 6:e våningen en stor tillgång. Härligt att ta en drink på innan kvällen startar och utsikten över floden Tejho är superb.

Mycket centralt nära shopping och kvällsliv
Toppenhotell med mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. En del rum kan upplevas som något små och hotellets matsal var under renovering. Detta kompenseras dock med kvaliten i övrigt och känslan av att bo på ett litet högklass hotell med personlig service. Perfekt läge för den som vill shoppa och strosa runt på kvällen. Skulle absolut välja samma hotell nästa gång.

Fantastic location and service!
This hotel has a spectacular location in the heart of Lisbon, close to bars, restaurants, clubs and shops. The service is great and the roof top lounge offers a magnificent view of Lisbon. A plus is that Lisbon's best nightclub, Silk, is a few minutes from the hotel and the front desk can put guests on the list.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Barrio Alto Hotel. The location is great . We had an issue with our first room. Rachel the customer service representative for the hotel took care of us and moved us to a different room which was perfect. The included breakrast is wonderful and the view from the terrace is beautiful.

This is a classic European hotel with incredible service. It sits on a vibrant, if busy, city square. That can make it a little noisier than ideal but there are a lot of shops and bars within easy walking distance. They made to order breakfast was some of the best food we had in Lisbon. Love this place.

This stylish hotel is just excellent on all levels. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The housekeeping team is among the best we have experienced. The food is outstanding. We ate at the Fifth Floor restaurant on our first night and the meal was first class, the terrace bar on the sixth floor is unmissable, with amazing views across the City, and delicious light meals. Breakfasts were also excellent. One of the main attributes we noticed, though, was how there was such a calm and relaxing ambience throughout the hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated with everything you need, and the bed was supremely comfortable. Above all, though, it is the staff that stand out, from the front desk, to the restaurants/bars and the housekeeping team. The service we got was impeccable everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel.

Excellent service without being intrusive. So happy to be back in the room every night eagerly expecting what surprise is in store for us for the night. Wait staff at the restaurant were so attentive you do not need to ask. If you feel chilly at their outdoor dining, a small blanket would miraculously appear for your use.
