• As part of a private residential condominium, guests have access to shared facilities including the swimming pool and gym. These facilities operate under condominium rules and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or management decisions beyond our control.



• This is a peaceful residential community. We kindly ask all guests to respect neighbours, shared spaces and building rules throughout their stay.



• The apartment is located beneath one of Lisbon Airport's flight paths. Aircraft may occasionally be heard when windows are open; however, the apartment benefits from excellent acoustic insulation, providing a quiet and comfortable indoor environment when windows are closed.
