Featuring a king-size bed and soft natural light flowing through the windows, the bedroom is made for slow mornings or for recharging after a day out in the city.

Functional and well equipped, the kitchen keeps up with your rhythm — from a quick coffee before heading out to a homemade dinner at the end of the day. It includes a fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine (coffee not included).

Things to Keep in Mind

- City Sounds: Chiado is a lively neighbourhood — and you’ll hear it. Expect some noise, day and night. If total peace and quiet is your top priority, this might not be the ideal spot.

- No Elevator: The apartment is on the third floor of a building without a lift, so you’ll need to climb a few solid wooden stairs. Great for those who don’t mind a bit of daily cardio, but not ideal if mobility is an issue.

- Historic Building: The charm of Lisbon’s old architecture means acoustic insulation isn’t top-notch. You might hear some sounds from neighbouring apartments.

- No Air Conditioning: While there’s no AC, the apartment is well ventilated and Chiado’s fresh location helps keep the space comfortable.

For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Baixa-Chiado is one of the Lisbon's most sophisticated and privileged neighborhoods - perfectly located between the monumental area of Baixa and the bohemian nightlife of Bairro Alto. It is the most central area you could get and it's surrounded by everything you will need. Boutiques, shops, historical monuments, museums, restaurants, cafés and public transportations are just a few steps away.
You are within a walking distance from all the main places to visit and from all the typical neighborhoods like Principe Real, Rossio, Castelo and Alfama. You will find breathtaking viewpoints, Fado Houses and fancy bars and restaurants along the way!

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

￫ Metro
The trip takes about 25-30 minutes. Take the metro at the airport and change to the green or blue line - your stop will be in Baixa-Chiado, only 100 meters from the apartment.

→ Car
If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Due to the fact that Lisbon is an ancient and historical city close to the river Tagus, plumbing odors can be expected occasionally in older buildings. This circumstance is out of our control and happens very rarely, but is a possibility when the river tide changes.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
