The space also includes a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutlery, as well as modern appliances such as an oven, stovetop, and dishwasher—allowing you to enjoy home-cooked meals at your own pace. The adjacent dining area is perfect for relaxed, uninterrupted moments around the table.

Step outside to the large private garden, a true haven of calm surrounded by nature. Here, you can stretch out on sun loungers, enjoy meals outdoors, or simply take in the silence and fresh air. As evening falls, soft terrace lighting creates a peaceful and intimate atmosphere, ideal for unwinding under the stars.

To make the experience even more special, the house also provides yoga mats and cushions for guests to use — making it a particularly wonderful space for small retreats, wellness moments, meditation, or group getaways focused on rest and reconnection.

Guests have full access to the entire house, including the living and dining areas, kitchen, two bedrooms on the ground floor, and an attic bedroom. The large outdoor space is also available for guest use, complete with seating and lounging options.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

A peaceful and charming house in A dos Cunhados e Maceira, located in a quiet area close to the Atlantic coast. Guests can enjoy nearby beaches such as Santa Cruz, Praia Azul, and Praia da Física, perfect for surfing, sunbathing, and long seaside walks.

The region also offers scenic countryside, vineyards, and traditional restaurants where you can experience local gastronomy. With Torres Vedras just a short drive away and Lisbon within easy reach, it’s an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway combining beach, nature, and culture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Torres Vedras (Linha do Oeste), is approximately a 15–20 minute drive from the property, offering regional connections to Lisbon (via transfers) and other towns.

Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is about a 45–50 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
