It is difficult for Sandra to please all the people we receive, although I am sure, she makes a great effort to be friendly and attentive to everyone, and to give our guests all the information about our accommodation, such as contacting us if you need anything and still about our city. As for the ants attack you say you suffered, you were staying with us for 4 days and you didn't tell us anything. We estimate it was on the last day. We will take proper precautions. In fact it is true that the building next door is under construction, like much of the city of Lisbon, but it is not true that the works work on weekends and even less at 7 am. We apologize for the behavior of the other guests, but unfortunately we cannot walk around guarding them. We set the rules, publicize them and ask guests to abide by them. For us, unfortunately, whenever a guest disrespects the house and the other guests, it is double work because we have to remove curtains and rugs at the exit with extra costs and gives rise to reviews like yours without any fault. We have a picture of the lobby where you can see the stairs so customers are aware that the building has no elevator. However we have a diverse offer, for those who do not like to share the kitchen, you can book an apartment in full. Next time you come to Lisbon, we will be happy to welcome you to one of these apartments. You will always be welcome.
