excellent hotel
hotellet har mycket bra läge 15 min till flygplats och stort shoppingcenter ca 8 min gångväg. vänlig personal speciellt frukost personalen. bra frukost fanns det mesta. bra wifi, tysta rum. det enda jag kan säga negativt var att handtvålen var i princip slut när vi checkade in. dyr men god mat på rumservice återvänder nästa gång i Lisboa

High quality hotel with suboptimal location
This feels like business hotel more than a tourist hotel with associated pluses and minuses. It's not very cosy and location is not as central as you could think when looking at a map. However, pool/spa was small nice and not crowded, breakfast was outstanding, rooms high quality and service very good.

Värt sina fem stjärnor.
Ett bra femstjärnigt hotell. Nära till ett stort köpcentrum med många matställen. Tyst, trots biltrafik utanför. Bra sängar. Vi gick ut och åt frukost. Om man vill promenera är det ganska mycket backar upp till hotellet, men taxi är riktigt billigt i Lissabon. Både inomhuspool och takpool finns.

Great hotel with perfect, central location and very nice, friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast is fantastic and so is the roof terrace with pool! Spacious and very clean rooms. Definitely one of our favorite hotels, when in Lisbon!

Superb hotel
Trevlig hotel med utmärkt service av glad personal. Ligger högt upp i Lissabon men ända nära till staden centrum. Lätt att gå ner sen tar man taxi hem om man inte orkar. Ordentlig och lyxig frukost som är ett måste. Försök få rum på 9. Våningen för där ligger poolen. Spat på -2 våningen var trevligt men jag saknade jacuzzi. Genomtänkta rum men framför allt tysta och bekväma med många tekniska lösningar. Saknades ingenting.

Trevligt Hotel med grova säkerhetsproblem
Trevligt hotell (fin pool, fräscha rum och i regel trevlig personal) men med seriösa problem avseende säkerheten för hotellrummen. Även om gästen stänger dörren till rimmet så betyder det inte att den alltid låses korrekt vilket enligt en säkerhetsinställning leder till att den öppnas på vid gavel! Detta hände oss. Natten mellan fredag och lördag så lämnades alltså dörren till vårt hotellrum helt vidöppen i sex timmar (!) för vem som helst att titta in och stjäla vad de ville från våra olåsta väskor. Ett natt när det dessutom hölls en relativt stökig svensexa med diverse ”sällskap”. Vi förklarade vår oro för nattreceptionisten som nonchalant förklarade att detta är ett relativt vanligt problem och om ingenting var stulet förstod han inte vår oro... Vi orkade inte ha diskussionen då eftersom klockan hade hunnit närma sig 03.30 så vi gjorde ett nytt försök i receptionen dagen efter. Men när vi försökte förklara varför vi inte ansåg detta vara ok för ett femstjärnigt hotell så trodde helt sonika inte receptionisten på oss förrän hon fick hjälp att kontrollera säkerhetskamerorna och då erbjöd oss en sen utcheckning. Ingen ursäkt eller kompensation. Bo INTE här om ni är rädda om era värdesaker eller privatliv.

Location was great, lovely spacious hotel. Would definitely recommend and will check this group of hotels out in the future. The only concern we had was the drainage smells coming from the shower and landing area. Would be good to address this problem.

This Epic Sana is one of my favourite hotels in Lisbon....The breakfast is wonderful. Flawless. The rooms are modern and comfortable... I like carpet on the floor The one thing the hotel services should do better is to check the sinks and the shower drains regularly......They tend to get clogged easily......and when it happens they get stinky and dirty
