perfectly splended, amazing.
amazing rooms, great restaurants, nice and clean spa and wonderful pool and sundeck on the rooftop with a great view anf the best breakfast we have ever had, many choices and super fresh fruit. would love to return and would strongly recommend.

Sängarna var väldigt hårda. Vi sa till och de la en extra madrass direkt. Vi bodde i den nya delen. Golven i toaletten var ofräscha. Personal och ambiance var jättebra. Vi kommer att återvända dit!

5 nights in Lisbon
stayed 5 nights, checked in late and got a bad room at the wing not yet refurbished in spite I am a goldmember at hotels.com. complained the following day was then given another room which was excellent. why not giving that room in the first place ?Breakfast was very good with alittle bit of everything. The hotel is situated very central, restaurants and shopping near by. taxi to airport ofcourse depending the hour was just approx. 15 minutes away. the roomservice menu was small and very expensive. The staff was very helpful, especially Beatrice and Arturo. The electrical wiring in the room was difficult to manage, to many lights confusing.

Fräscht och hög standard. Riktigt bra frukost samt bekväma tysta rum. Bra gym. Det enda som saknades var pool. Allt annat toppen.

Will definitely stay at Epic SANA again if I ever go back to Lisbon. The staff were helpful and friendly. Francisco helped us upgraded our room, we had an amazing birthday trip. the hotel greeted us with a bottle of champagne and fruit. Supermarket is about 5 min walk. Sound proof is very good. Modern design. Everything’s clean.

My stay at Epic SANA was wonderful, despite being only 24 hours. It's one of my favorite hotels, conveniently located just 15 minutes from the airport. Taking a cab from the airport proves to be easier and more cost-efficient than pre-booking. The fare was approximately 10 euros. The hotel exudes a calming and relaxing atmosphere, with fantastic amenities and practical yet impressive decor. It's certainly a highly recommended hotel, with spacious surroundings. While we didn't dine at the Italian restaurant, we enjoyed drinks at the bar, where the DJ provided fantastic entertainment. The lobby bar offered reasonably priced drinks and delicious cocktails. Beatriz at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and kind. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of her customers and went out of her way to accommodate us, granting a late check-out for which we were grateful. Her communication skills and dedication to her role were evident – thank you, Beatriz! The hotel's proximity to the city center makes it easily accessible, with a 30-40 minute walk offering delightful scenery and quaint streets to explore. Breakfast, included in our stay, was excellent, featuring a vast selection of fresh bakery items, food, and fruits. It provided a great start to the day. We didn't have time for a treatment, the spa was a relaxing and clean space, and we were grateful to be able to use the facilities for free. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is nice. There was a big conference happening so it was overcrowded and made for long elevator wait times.
