The apartment features a cozy main bedroom with a comfortable double bed, perfect for restful nights. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Air conditioning is available to ensure your comfort throughout the year.

The second bedroom is a versatile space that can function as either a home office or an additional sleeping area. It features a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed, along with a desk and chair, making it ideal for remote workers or guests who need a dedicated workspace. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, allowing you to prepare meals with ease during your stay. The dining area provides a comfortable setting for meals, work, or planning your next day in the city.

Lastly, the bathroom features a refreshing shower, with fresh towels and essential amenities provided for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment located on the 2nd floor. Please note there is no elevator, ensuring a peaceful stay without the hustle and bustle of street-level noise.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Lisbon, located in a peaceful residential area with excellent access to the city’s main attractions. Guests can easily reach the Belém district, home to the iconic Belém Tower, Jerónimos Monastery, MAAT, and the famous Pastéis de Belém.

The nearby Tagus River waterfront offers beautiful promenades, cycling paths, and scenic views, while excellent public transport connections make it easy to explore Chiado, Baixa, Alfama, and other historic neighborhoods. It’s an ideal base for experiencing Lisbon’s culture, history, gastronomy, and riverside charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Lapa (Metro do Porto – Line D), is approximately a 8–10 minute walk from the property, providing direct access to Porto city centre and surrounding areas.

The nearest train station, Porto São Bento (CP – urban and regional lines), is about a 20–25 minute walk or a 10-minute drive from the property.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
