This charming 45m² house is conveniently located near top attractions, shopping areas, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse dining options.

The living room features a cosy sofabed for relaxation, a large TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. Oversized windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including an electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities to help you prepare meals. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom is a comfortable retreat with a double bed, a wardrobe, and complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful sleep.

The bathroom has all the necessary facilities, fresh towels, and toiletries to ensure a refreshing experience.

The house is always professionally cleaned to provide you with the utmost comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Just a short distance away, visitors can marvel at the historic Belém Tower and explore the ancient walls of Castelo de São Jorge. When hunger strikes, guests can dine at nearby restaurants such as Restaurante Come Prima or enjoy a casual meal at Restaurante Capricciosa. With its convenient location and proximity to famous landmarks, this address is the perfect base for a memorable stay in Lisbon.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Alcantara-mar, is an 8-minutes walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
