The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a comfy sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining area to dine with loved ones. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This bustling neighbourhood offers something for everyone. Get a glimpse of history with a visit to the Santa Justa Lift, Praça Luís de Camões, Museu Calouste Gulbenkian and Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga. Relax and take in the beauty of nature with a stroll through the Botanical Garden of Lisbon or a visit to the Basílica da Estrela and Church of Sao Roque.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Rato, is just an 8-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
